Sylvanvale is running free information sessions which cover everything you need to know about the introduction of NDIS Impairment Notices.
Clients, plan nominees, staff, carers and guardians are welcome to attend.
Information sessions will be covering:
- Changes to the Plan Reassessment (previously referred to as Plan Review) process
- Explanation of Functional Impairment Categories and Functional Domains
- How to find out what the NDIA has noted as your Impairment Category on your Impairment Notice
- What an Impairment Notice looks like
- How to lodge an appeal if the Impairment Notice is not correct.
- What information needs to be included to appeal an Impairment Notice or for a Plan reassessment
There are various dates and ways to attend the 1-hour Information Session, to best accommodate as many people as possible.
