- Access to 24/7 assistance for unplanned supports that are not part of a resident’s routine daily activities (runs separately and complementary to regular individual support services, which are facilitated by each resident’s chosen provider)
- Optional – Sylvanvale Flexible Support is available through each resident’s Core Supports funding for planned support that helps them to complete daily living activities at an individual ratio
- Optional – Where agreed by all residents, Collective Support is available for residents in Sylvanvale IAL to pay for extra Sylvanvale staff on site for planned supports at a shared ratio.
