To this end, we recently completed upgrades at several properties in the Blue Mountains. This included full renovations of two bathrooms at a Katoomba property, a major revamp and refurnishing at another, and the complete renovation of a participant’s unit.
We actively engaged residents in the upgrades. Participants chose the paint colour and texture of their bedrooms, so each now reflects their individuality. We also focused on blending exteriors with the leafy bush surrounds of the Blue Mountains. The upgrades have been welcomed by everyone.
